Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Coordinator to support the day-to-day accounting and financial administration of our restaurant operations in Monaco.

This is a junior-level opportunity suited to an accounting professional with approximately two years of relevant experience who is comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including restaurant management, external accounting partners, and our Head Office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash collection, reconciliation, and bank deposits.

  • Coordinate the signing of financial and administrative documents by the Gérant, as requested by or received from the Dubai Head Office.

  • Support the coordination of invoices, supplier accounts, city ledger activities, and general accounting matters with our external accounting agency, KEYBFM.

  • Act as the primary accounting liaison, gathering the information required to finalize monthly Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

  • Assist with internal and external audit processes, as required by the Dubai Head Office.

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, comparisons, and supporting documentation.

  • Respond to accounting-related queries from the restaurant team or coordinate with KEYBFM to obtain the required information.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

  • Perform additional accounting and administrative duties requested by KEYBFM or the Dubai Head Office.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting experience within an international hospitality group while working closely with both local operations and our Dubai Head Office.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Approximately two years of experience in an accounting, finance, or accounts coordination role.

  • Previous experience within the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industry is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and general accounting processes.

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with restaurant teams, external agencies, and international Head Office stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting systems.

  • Fluent in English & French.

  • Currently based in Monaco or eligible to work in Monaco.
