Gaia is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the award-winning team, one of the city's leading luxury Greek-Mediterranean restaurants.

Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll lead your section, deliver exceptional dishes, support junior chefs, and help maintain the highest culinary standards in a fast-paced, premium kitchen.

• Salary: £17.50 per hour+ tips (average between £250 - £500 per month)

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with brand standards

• Run your section efficiently during service

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency

• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures

• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team culture

• Assist with menu development and seasonal updates when required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel

• Strong technical cooking skills and passion for Mediterranean cuisine
