Job description

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at our Head Office in DIFC, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the finance and accounting operations for UAE-based restaurants.

  • Prepare and finalize monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets in accordance with company deadlines.

  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and ensure IFRS-compliant accounting and documentation.

  • Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and financial closing for assigned restaurant(s) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager role, ideally within the hospitality or F&B industry.

  • Fully qualified in a professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA or CA).

  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS, including leases, related-party transactions, and cash flow preparation.
