Fundamental Hospitality is looking for passionate and experienced Front of House professionals to join the team at GAIA Dubai.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, fine-dining, or high-end hospitality environment, preferably in a similar Front of House role.

• Excellent English and Russian communication skills are required; additional languages are a strong advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a naturally warm, engaging, and guest-focused personality.

• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards.

• Confident, composed, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain exceptional service standards.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
