Graphic Designer | Luxury Hospitality Group

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our Head Office team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the region's leading luxury hospitality groups, supporting a portfolio of internationally recognized restaurants, beach clubs, and lifestyle concepts. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across digital, print, marketing, events, and guest-facing touchpoints.

Please note: This role is scheduled to commence in September 2026. Candidates must be comfortable with this timeline before applying.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets across digital, print, social media, menus, campaigns, events, and brand collateral

• Develop creative concepts that align with the unique identity of each brand within the portfolio

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Operations, and Senior Leadership teams on campaign execution

• Produce and edit engaging video content for social media and marketing initiatives

• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and guest touchpoints

• Support new venue openings, seasonal campaigns, activations, and special projects

• Stay up to date with design, hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle trends to bring fresh ideas to the business

Ideal Background:

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within luxury hospitality groups, five-star hotels, premium restaurant brands, beach clubs, fashion houses, luxury retail, or globally recognized lifestyle brands. Candidates who understand how to translate luxury guest experiences into compelling visual storytelling will be especially well suited to this role.

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer within luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, premium lifestyle brands, fashion, retail, or luxury consumer brands

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across both digital and print formats

• Proven ability to create highly polished, premium-quality creative assets aligned with luxury brand standards

• Experience supporting multiple brands, venues, or business units simultaneously is highly advantageous

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Be comfortable to start the role only in September
