Fundamental Hospitality is looking for experienced and passionate Head Waiters to join our exceptional teams in Dubai for the upcoming winter season.

As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience, leading the service team on the floor and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests in line with Fundamental Hospitality standards.

• Welcome guests, manage their requests and ensure a memorable dining experience.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, beverages, menus and service standards.

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless service.

• Train, coach and motivate junior members of the team.

• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests or concerns professionally.

• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.

• Assist management with daily operational requirements and contribute to achieving service and business objectives.

Fundamental Hospitality recherche des Chefs de Rang expérimentés et passionnés pour rejoindre ses équipes d’exception à Dubaï à l’occasion de la prochaine saison d’hiver.

En tant que Chef de Rang, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’expérience client, en encadrant l’équipe de salle et en veillant au respect constant des plus hauts standards de service et d’hospitalité.

Missions principales

• Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe de salle afin de garantir un service fluide et efficace.

• Offrir un service personnalisé et exceptionnel à chaque client, conformément aux standards de Fundamental Hospitality.

• Accueillir les clients, répondre à leurs demandes et garantir une expérience mémorable.

• Maîtriser parfaitement les plats, les boissons, les menus et les standards de service.

• Assurer une coordination efficace avec la cuisine, le bar et les équipes de management.

• Former, accompagner et motiver les membres les plus juniors de l’équipe.

• Anticiper les besoins des clients et gérer leurs demandes ou éventuelles réclamations avec professionnalisme.

• Maintenir un niveau irréprochable de présentation, de propreté et d’attention aux détails.

• Assister le management dans les opérations quotidiennes et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de service et de performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar position within a luxury restaurant, hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, polished and guest-focused attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.

• International hospitality experience is preferred.

Profil recherché

• Expérience préalable en tant que Chef de Rang, Senior Waiter ou dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein d’un restaurant gastronomique, d’un hôtel de luxe ou d’un établissement haut de gamme.

• Excellentes capacités de communication et qualités relationnelles.

• Présentation soignée, attitude professionnelle et orientation client.

• Capacité à encadrer et motiver une équipe dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

• Sens aigu du détail et véritable passion pour l’hospitalité.

• La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable ; la connaissance d’autres langues constitue un véritable atout.

• Une expérience internationale dans l’hospitalité est un plus.
