Head Bartender - GAIA

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join our team at GAIA London.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in fine dining restaurant concepts is mandatory

• Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous

• Currently based in the United Kingdom

• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a creative, high-quality cocktail and beverage menu

• Supervise, train, and schedule bar staff to ensure excellent service

• Provide exceptional guest experiences at the bar

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently

• Control beverage costs and minimize waste

• Ensure all drinks meet presentation and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment

• Collaborate with chefs and management on pairings and events

• Drive bar sales through upselling and promotional initiatives
