La Maison Ani is seeking an exceptional Reception Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable arrival experience, delivering the warm, intuitive hospitality that defines our luxury dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the reception team to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.

• Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.

• Managing reservations efficiently, maximising bookings while maintaining accuracy.

• Coordinating closely with management, hosts and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handling guest enquiries, special requests and feedback with confidence, discretion and care.

• Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects the high standards of La Maison Ani.

• Supporting the development and training of the reception team while leading by example.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Senior Receptionist within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel or premium hospitality venue.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• A natural leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

• Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask in a busy service environment.

• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
