Job description
Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Reservations Quality & Auditing Executive to join our Central Reservations team in Dubai.
The Reservations Quality & Auditing Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of reservation and call-center data across multiple venues. This role oversees end-of-month reporting, quality audits, inventory control, and supports attendance and HR documentation to maintain high operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ‘’monthly reservation exports and audits’’ across ‘’11 venues’’.
Review reservation data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with booking policies.
Identify discrepancies, duplicate profiles, and booking errors; coordinate corrections with the reservations team.
Ensure adherence to booking rules, deposits, access rules, and cancellation policies.
Prepare and submit ‘’end-of-month Reservations reports’’, including: cover analysis, eom reports, source reports, internal requested reports.
Call reports (total calls, answered vs abandoned, response times, agent performance where applicable).
Consolidate data across all venues and ensure consistency before submission to management.
Support management with insights, summaries, and variance analysis when required.
Maintain accurate monthly trackers, dashboards, and historical records.
Provide ad-hoc operational and performance reports as requested.
Track ‘’team attendance and punctuality’’ for the reservations department.
Assist with ‘’HR forms and documentation’’ (leave tracking, warnings, confirmations, internal records).
Monitor and manage reservation office inventory
Maintain organized and confidential employee files.
Perform regular quality checks on calls, emails, and reservation handling.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Support implementation of new systems, procedures, and reporting standards.

Job requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the upmarket hospitality industry
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including exports, formulas, and data validation
Proven ability to manage, analyze, and report data across multiple venues
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Currently based in Dubai
Preferred
Experience with hospitality and reservations platforms such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, InConcert, or similar systems
Exposure to basic HR administration, staff scheduling, or attendance tracking
Background in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing
