Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sushi Senior Chef de Partie and Sushi Chef de Partie to join our pre - opening team at Shanghai Me in London. Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-end restaurant, specializing in sushi

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

• Currently residing in the UK with full legal right to work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with precision and consistency.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards at all times.

• Work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Support menu development with creative and authentic sushi techniques.

• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
