Fundamental Hospitality is looking for experienced and passionate Head Waiters to join our exceptional teams in Dubai for the upcoming winter season.

As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience, leading the service team on the floor and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests in line with Fundamental Hospitality standards.

• Welcome guests, manage their requests and ensure a memorable dining experience.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, beverages, menus and service standards.

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless service.

• Train, coach and motivate junior members of the team.

• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests or concerns professionally.

• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.

• Assist management with daily operational requirements and contribute to achieving service and business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar position within a luxury restaurant, hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, polished and guest-focused attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage.

• International hospitality experience is preferred.
